THE VISIONARY BEHIND THE TONJ GRADUATE UNION
Meet Salva Marach – The Vision That Sparked a Movement

Every great institution begins with a single idea. The vision for the Tonj Graduate Union was first conceived by Salva Marach Kon, who recognized the need to unite graduates from Tonj under one professional platform dedicated to collaboration, leadership, and community development.
He believed that by bringing together educated professionals from diverse fields, the Union could harness their collective knowledge, skills, and experience to contribute meaningfully to the advancement of Tonj and South Sudan.
A vision becomes a reality when others believe in it and work together to make it a reality.

Salva Marach Kon
Head, of the former Interim Executive Leadership
